Outreach to prospects ~ Experience: We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in outbound B2B sales or lead generation. What matters most is your ability to open doors, spark interest, and turn cold outreach into warm conversations. If you’re proactive, confident on the phone and skilled at spotting opportunities to add value, this role is a strong fit. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets. Strong sales ability and a love for the craft. Excellent communication, high energy and emotional intelligence. Sales is your career, not a stepping stone.
