We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building pipeline opportunities for our Volunteer System Specialists (sales team). Leveraging Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Hubspot and other prospecting tools, you will research target markets, identify potential customers, and engage decision-makers through strategic digital outreach. Utilise ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot and others to build accurate, targeted prospect lists based on firmographic data.
Research accounts and contacts to personalise outreach and ensure high-quality engagement.
Maintain data hygiene within CRM (HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and to aid the sales team.

Conduct outbound calling, both to our existing database of contacts and to new contacts
Pipeline Development
Educate prospects on Volunteer Management Systems (VMS), assess their need for a VMS in the short term, and prepare them for discovery with our sales team.
Utilise HubSpot to track, segment, and nurture inbound leads, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track daily activities, outreach metrics, conversion rates and CRM hygiene.
Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, or similar).
Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B buyer journeys.

Relationship-building and influencing over the phone and digital channels.
1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).
~ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
