This is a dynamic position offering exposure across multiple areas of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, influencing outcomes, and supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

About you

You'll be an experienced and highly organised coordinator or executive assistant, confident working with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities at once. With strong business awareness and attention to detail, you'll thrive in a role that demands initiative, discretion, and professionalism.

You'll have experience coordinating projects or delivering high-quality administrative support in a business environment, with the ability to analyse information, identify improvements, and support delivery through collaboration and clear communication.

Resilient, proactive, and approachable, you'll be comfortable influencing others, building credibility quickly, and maintaining effective working relationships across departments and regions.
