Assistant Studio Manager – Oxford Circus (Flagship Studio)

We're looking for a standout Assistant Studio Manager to join our flagship Oxford Circus studio — a six-floor space buzzing with energy, community, and world-class experiences.

As Assistant Studio Manager, you'll be the right hand to the General Manager, helping lead the team, deliver exceptional service, and keep operations running seamlessly in our busiest and most high-profile location.

You'll balance front-of-house leadership with behind-the-scenes organisation, driving team performance, member experience, and studio success. What You'll Do


•Lead, coach, and inspire the studio team — creating a positive, high-performing culture.


•Support daily operations: scheduling, stock management, reporting, and problem-solving.


•Deliver an outstanding member experience through exceptional service and attention to detail.


•Partner with the GM on local marketing, brand collaborations, and corporate partnerships.


•Be the go-to on-site leader when the GM is off-site — confident, proactive, and solution-focused.

What You'll Bring


•2+ years of leadership or assistant management experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail).


•A natural communicator who motivates, supports, and leads by example.


•Calm, organised, and adaptable — thriving under pressure.


•Confident in sales, marketing, and operational execution.


•Passion for people, wellness, and community.

Details


•Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Sunday, one weekend day required).


•Shifts range from early mornings (5:30am) to late evenings (9:30pm).


•Based in our flagship Oxford Circus studio.
