About the Position:


We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Manager for a prestigious luxury watch and jewellery retailer based in London.


About the Role:


As Assistant Manager, you will lead and motivate a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Collaborating closely with the Store Director, you will drive the team to achieve store KPI targets, foster individual and collective skill development, and uphold the brand's values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Role Model Behaviour: Exemplifying professionalism and setting a positive example for the team, especially in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of retail or equivalent management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
