Our client looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Front of House to deliver an exceptional resident experience and support smooth overnight operations across multiple buildings. This night-based, floating leadership role provides hands-on support to the Concierge team and acts as deputy during the Manager's absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the night Concierge team.
- Maintain outstanding service standards for residents and guests.
- Oversee front desk duties, rota planning, and staff performance.
- Manage resident queries, complaints, and move-ins/outs.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence across all sites.
- Step in to cover full management responsibilities when required.
About You
- Experienced in residential property or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service with a calm, professional approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and building management systems.
- Proactive, organised, and committed to high standards.
