Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the store, ensuring team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in inventory management, supervising staff, training new team members, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales performance. The role also involves implementing visual merchandising strategies, upholding brand standards, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and train employees effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience in inventory handling and operational efficiency.
- Customer service and sales performance skills to create positive shopping experiences and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Understanding of visual merchandising and attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and brand alignment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in retail, preferably in a fashion environment, is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and brand representation.
- Ability to work on-site and flexibly, including weekends or holidays, as required in retail operations.
