£38,000k basic + OTE + car allowance + bonus | Field-based covering Northern UK

You'll be joining a high-growth automotive brand with serious market presence, tasked with expanding their dealer network and driving revenue through smart, strategic business development. What You'll Be Doing
- Signing up new dealers to their Partnered Warranty programme, managing the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Driving policy and gross premium growth across your territory, with clear targets and the tools to hit them.
- Building strong relationships with dealer principals, delivering training and ensuring brand compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and maximise cross-sell opportunities.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Proven experience in new business acquisition — ideally in automotive, finance, or a related sector.
- Strong communication and CRM discipline, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- A results-driven mindset, backed by analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
