AdTech Sales Manager - London (Hybrid)

Join a fast-scaling contextual advertising business that's disrupting video and YouTube activation in a privacy-first, cookieless world. Trusted by global brands and agencies, they're expanding their London team and hiring two Sales Execs/Managers to help drive UK growth.

This is a chance to join a global player in AI-powered contextual video, already delivering thousands of campaigns across 25+ markets, and to work directly with agency teams at the forefront of video and OLV planning.

What you'll do:
  • Prospect, pitch and close new agency business across the UK market
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across video and OLV campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal ops and product teams to ensure client success
  • Act as a product evangelist, educating clients on next-gen contextual targeting
What we're looking for:
  • 2-5 years' experience in digital media sales (Exec level ~2 years, Manager level ~3-5 years)
  • Strong exposure to YouTube, OLV, or programmatic sales
  • Agency contacts (especially GroupM, IPG, Dentsu, Havas, Publicis) highly valued
  • Confident communicator with strong pitching and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, ambitious, and resilient - with a hunter mentality
