About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Admin Support professional, to join our growing team and report directly to the CEO. This role sits at the heart of our business development function, supporting the CEO and business unit heads with administration and organisational support, to ensure the smooth running of our sales and pipeline management processes. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, producing meaningful insights, and keeping the sales process moving across our four business units. The Sales Admin Support will help optimise sales processes, enable effective decision-making through reporting, and support both the CEO and wider team in driving new business and client engagement within a fast-paced, agency environment.
About you
The right candidate will share our company values, be passionate about communications, media and technology, and enjoy being part of a sociable, global team. You will be a highly organised professional, with 1-2 year's experience in sales administration, business support, or CRM coordination, ideally within a marketing, PR, or creative agency environment. You will be proactive and confident handling sales data and you will be comfortable working with CRM platforms like Synergist, HubSpot or Salesforce, and adept at analysing data using Excel or Google Sheets to spot trends and drive improvements.
A strong team player, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team and balance accuracy with creativity. Your commercial awareness will help you understand how marketing, sales and business performance connect, while your analytical skills enable you to produce meaningful insights. You will be an excellent communicator, who has experience in managing multiple priorities, and a professional discreet approach will underpin your commitment to supporting both colleagues and leadership.
