We are looking to recruit a Property Admin Coordinator with experience and understanding of residential sales, lettings, property management and maintenance. You will be a key person in the operation of our daily business activities and will be responsible for keeping the Directors and other staff, organised, on-time and informed. You will also be equally responsible in the same way for our clients and tenants. You will have an attention to detail which is second to none whilst maintaining a firm grip on the bigger picture. As the property admin guru, you will ensure the whole office runs smoothly in a positive and supportive manner.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which is our clients guarantee of professional behaviour and ethics.
Located in London Bridge, an exciting and connected place to work, we cover the whole of London and have a particular and long standing presence in South East London. This is an exciting time to be joining our business as it expands and this is your opportunity to be a key player in our development.

- To make daily and weekly presentations to Directors and other staff on progress, issues and oppotunities.
- To visit properties to assist other staff in their duties, for example for the compilation of inventories.
- To assist in negotiation and communication with both landlords and tenants on all aspects of their property and tenancy.
