We're on the hunt for a
Data Manager
who's equal parts sales whiz, digital detective, and systems thinker.

Your job: build
killer lead lists
that fuel high-performance outbound campaigns and shape the
data strategy
that powers both our agency and our clients. Your aim should be to get us ahead of the game.

Forget cookie-cutter databases — you'll get creative with
data scraping, enrichment tools, and unique research methods
to find the people nobody else can reach.

Your day-to-day:

  • Build and manage
    high-quality prospect lists
    for client campaigns (no generic data allowed).
  • Use creative sourcing methods — scraping, enrichment APIs, clever automations — to uncover hard-to-find contacts.
  • Design and implement a
    data strategy
    that keeps Vero Tech and our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with the CEO & Campaign Managers to define
    ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
    and translate them into actionable data.
  • Manage and optimise data tools & scrapers
  • Keep our CRM and data pipelines clean, structured, and scalable.
  • Continuously test and improve data quality, accuracy, and conversion rates.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience sourcing and managing B2B data for outbound sales campaigns.
  • Experience working in or with a sales agency
    is strongly preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with data enrichment, scraping, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRMs and lead workflows (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • A hacker mindset — resourceful, curious, and always looking for better ways to find and qualify prospects.
  • Comfortable turning messy data into clean, usable systems.
  • Obsessed with precision, targeting, and impact.
