Cam Store is a growing warehousing and logistics company based in Royston, Hertfordshire. We provide commercial storage, distribution, and 3PL solutions to a wide range of customers.
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our operations. This role is essential in keeping the business running smoothly — from managing data and systems to coordinating drivers and liaising with customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills (particularly Microsoft Excel), be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across warehousing, transport, and customer operations.
- Use Excel and our warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock and customer records.
- Support the setup and administration of our self-storage software for customer bookings and enquiries.
- Plan and book delivery and collection routes for our vehicle fleet.
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assisting the Manager with ad hoc duties and support wider business needs when required.
- Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within a logistics, transport, or warehouse environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
- Confident using various software systems and learning new tools quickly.
What We Offer
- Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
