We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our small team at our office and manufacturing facility. We are a leading manufacturer of ESD Protection Products and Packaging for the Electronics, Defence, Automotive and Aerospace industries.

This is a key position and a varied role. Multi-tasking is definately an essential requirement. You will work closely with the Production and Despatch team to ensure customers orders are manufactured and despatched on time. We are a very small team, excluding sales and office personnel, we have 2-3 people in Production and 1 person in despatch.

A majority of the products manufactured on site are boxes, cartons, foams etc. We specialise in small runs, of high value, so attention to detail is paramount.
- Excellent Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent IT skills
- Education to degree level or equivalent

**Objectives**
- Ensure the requirements of customer orders are met from receipt of order to despatch.
- Ensure orders are produced and despatched in an efficient and safe manner

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Working alongside the Sales Director, managing and coordinating internal processes within the Production and Despatch teams.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent English Language communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent numeracy
- An enthusiastic, ambitious self-starter, able to take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
