Receptionist & Support Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join an established and growing company in Royston. This role involves diverse responsibilities, including front desk management and administrative support within the Account Management team.

Job Title: Receptionist & Administrator

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Location: Royston

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers, visitors, and guests as their initial point of contact at the business, while also offering refreshments.
- Monitoring office supplies to ensure they remain at satisfactory levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Assuming full responsibility for all aspects of mail management, including both incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining the franking machine.
- Keeping calendars and schedules consistently up to date.
- Managing incoming calls, efficiently routing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when required.
- Aiding the sales team in the preparation of sample packs for delivery to potential and existing customers.
- Upholding impeccable cleanliness standards in the reception area and meeting rooms, promptly reporting any issues.
- Handling various ad hoc tasks and administrative requests at the behest of the Managing Director.
- Collaborating closely with the administrative team to coordinate tasks and readily accepting any additional duties or responsibilities as requested by the supervisor.
