We are currently looking for a part‑time Receptionist to join one of our Homes. Part‑time hours per week, weekdays and weekends required. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive reception and telephone support service to staff, visitors, and callers. Handle deliveries efficiently, ensuring goods are taken by the addressee and are not left in the reception area. Complete authorisation paperwork for appropriate invoices and pass to manager for authorisation. Ensure that the main foyer and reception areas are clean and tidy. Maintain the post room and stationery cupboard in good order. Process, prepare and bag outgoing mail daily for collection by the postman. Monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies as needed. Undertake any other duties as agreed with or requested by the Home Manager. Knowledge of computer programmes is essential.
