**About Us**

CMP was established in 1989 as the UK’s first independent Workplace Mediation Company. We provide employers and their people with world-class HR and ER services and allied training.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Success Administrator for our Training team within our Operations department, reporting into the Customer Success Lead. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Bassingbourn offices.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination**

1) Supporting all areas of project coordination from our clients such as setting up projects and work.

2) Supporting with closing off projects, collecting and collating feedback from all Stakeholders.

3) Supporting the Operations team in all aspects of administration of delivery provided, including setting up, PDF conversion and any other internal processes.

4) Inputting data into systems and databases which includes evaluation data and confidential Equalities data.

5) Contributing to the smooth flow of work by taking enquiries for work and passing incoming calls to the appropriate department/person.

6) Printing and binding of materials when needed and management of our external printing supplier.

**Accreditation**

1) Administering all aspects of the accreditation process for training courses including registering learners, records of learning and certification.

3) Administering course attendance certificates and external accreditation certificates processes.

**Compliance**

1) Adhering to and working in accordance with agreed Company policies, procedures and practice, inclusive of Health & Safety at Work requirements and Equal Opportunities.

2) Ensuring compliance with our Information security policies, identifying if/when stakeholders need additional support to remain compliant with ISO27001 and CE/CE+.

3) To comply and work within CMP’s behavioral framework.

4) Undertake any other duties necessary to this position as reasonably delegated by the SLT or Line Manager.

**Person Specification**

1) Previous experience in business support administration.

2) Experience of using CRM databases such as SalesForce is preferred but not essential.

3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

4) Proficient Microsoft software skills - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

5) Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.

6) Ability to engage with all Stakeholders in a confident and professional manner.

Pay: £24,570.00-£26,570.00 per year
