Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative located in Mansfield. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inside sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day admin tasks include lead generation, account management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role emphasizes identifying new sales opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the material handling industry is a plus, but not essential, as product training will be provided
