Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by maintaining an organised and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Utilise Microsoft Office and our Case Management System for document creation and communication
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is essential
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Prior clerical experience will be considered an asset
