**About you and the Hotel Receptionist role**

- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Front of house experience desirable
- Knowledge of computer systems and software such as Microsoft suite and Outlook desirable
- Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the guests journey
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Work closely with other departments and teams to deliver a seamless service
- Have great communication with all staff and guests alike

The position will work on a shift pattern, working 40 hours over any 5 of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Hours will be between 7am-10pm.
