The coastal village of Sandsend, Whitby, has long been home to the historic Raithwaite Hall. Nestled between the North Sea and the North Yorkshire moors. The estate is now the site of a £10 million refurbishment to create a sumptuous wellness-led sanctuary, part of a wider £100 million development. As we embark on this incredible journey, we’re looking for talented individuals to join us and help transform Raithwaite into a leading destination, redefining luxury hospitality. We are looking for a hotel receptionist to join our team. You will be the first face our guests see on the start of their journey with us and the final farewell on their departure. We want to make each step as memorable as possible for all of our guests.

- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the guests journey
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Work closely with other departments and teams to deliver a seamless service
- Have great communication with all staff and guests alike

This position will work on a shift pattern, working 40 hours over any 5 of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Hours will be between 7am-10pm.
