About the Role:

Sixteenth is looking for a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager to represent and grow our roster of digital Creators and Influencers. In this role, you'll help shape the careers of some of the most exciting voices in culture—developing their professional brands, unlocking commercial opportunities, and building meaningful relationships with brands and agencies.

As part of one of the leading global 360° creator management companies—and the home of good influence—you'll sit at the intersection of creativity, business, and culture, helping creators build sustainable, authentic, and long-lasting careers. Whether you're an experienced Talent Manager ready to step up, or a proven Senior looking for your next challenge, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the creator economy.

Here's What You'll Do Day to Day:
  • Manage and develop a roster of Creators across 360° commercial partnerships, from brand collaborations to long-term strategy.
  • Drive revenue and meet sales goals by proactively sourcing, negotiating, and securing creative, high-value brand deals.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms aligned with your creators' audiences and ambitions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to your creators—helping them grow their business, refine their brand, and make informed decisions that lead to long-term success.
  • Support or lead (depending on level) the identification and signing of new creators with strong creative vision and commercial potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across legal, finance, and partnerships to deliver seamless campaign execution and exceptional client service.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and industry shifts to help creators and brands stay at the cutting edge of the creator economy.
Here's What We're Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for the creator economy and the evolving digital landscape.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, PR, or similar (more senior candidates will bring deeper experience and a proven commercial track record).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, creator marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business, closing deals, and growing revenue.
  • A balance of creativity and commercial acumen—you know how to tell a story and sell it.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on meeting new people and connecting the dots between creators and brands.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback, always looking to grow and improve.
  • A self-starter who brings energy, persistence, and a strong work ethic to everything you do.
  • Humble, team-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves—no job is too small.
