Role Overview
The Talent Manager will drive end-to-end recruitment for senior-level hires, working closely with our commercial and sales teams to understand client needs, anticipate demand, and strategically build talent pipelines. This role blends direct candidate management with a proactive approach to market mapping, relationship building, and positioning Digital Futures as a trusted talent partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, sector trends, and upcoming opportunities, ensuring talent pipelines are closely aligned with sales goals.
- Senior Hiring: Lead on sourcing, engaging, and managing senior-level talent across technology, strategy, and leadership roles.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain proactive talent pools of high-calibre candidates to ensure responsiveness to client demand.
- Market Mapping: Research and track senior professionals across target industries and skillsets, identifying key talent and competitor movements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners, influencing decision-making with talent insights.
- Candidate Journey: Provide an exceptional candidate experience for senior hires, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and consistency throughout the process.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, prepare talent market insights, and report progress against hiring forecasts to sales, leadership, and operations teams.
- Employer Brand: Promote Digital Futures' mission, values, and distinctive proposition to senior talent communities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on senior-level hiring (agency, RPO, or in-house background considered).
- Strong track record of proactive talent pooling and engaging passive candidates.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to partner effectively with a sales or business development team.
- Excellent relationship management, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within the technology / digital / professional services sector preferred.
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth business.
