Henry Adams Lettings is pleased to have a position available for a Full Time Administrator in our Petersfield Office.
Working at one of the largest Letting Agencies in the area this role offers an excellent package for the right candidate as well as the excellent prospects that comes with working for one of the South's leading and most diversified property companies. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and looking to begin a career in the Property industry.
You will work in a small team, where you will manage your own property portfolio, with a varied role from dealing with general day to day maintenance, end of tenancies, property inspections and inventories as well as ensuring all letting compliance is managed correctly.
From day one you will be made aware of the clear route of progression with our Lettings department and wider Henry Adams Group. With a culture that stands by promoting from within, we will work closely with you to help meet this goal and feel confident when taking on more responsibility, whilst being fully supported throughout.
Key responsibilities:
The role is to provide general administrative support to the property management team, which may include processing invoices, liaising with utility companies, maintaining up-to-date records for compliance, including Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
No experience is necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate. The following skills are required:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and One in Three Saturdays 9am to 4pm on a rota basis.
