The Niche Partnership has partnered with a company on the outskirts of Petersfield who are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a permanent part time basis. In this Finance Administrator position, you will be responsible for general bookkeeping (trainingprovided), largely processing payments and updating the company stock log.
The successful Finance Administrator will get a thorough handover when joining this tight-knit team, as well as a 'good work-life balance'. This role would be ideal for someone who has worked within a small finance team, and someone looking for a job that youcan leave the 'job at the door'.
**Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for**:

- Processing invoices on Sage
- Overseeing the accounts inbox
- Updating company stock log
- Taking ownership of the payment run
- General bookkeeping
- Liasing with the external accountants
- Dealing with any queries promptly and efficiently

**What you will need**:

- Experience in a similar role such as: Finance Assistant / Finance Admin / Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Assistant /Accounts Administrator
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
