**Installation & Logistics Administrator**
Alitex Ltd, established in 1952, is a thriving family business specialising in designing and manufacturing world-class aluminium greenhouses. We are recruiting for an Installation & Logistics Administrator to join our ever growing Installation Team.

**About the Role**
The Installation & Logistics Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Installation Manager with key logístical and administrative tasks. Our aim is that we are fully prepared for all site work and that we create the best platform to ensure excellent team and customer experiences. This position would suit a self-motivated and driven individual looking to develop and grow both within the role and personally. Someone who is confident, organised, pro-active and who thrives on getting things done with great attention to detail.

**The Day to Day**
- Planning - Ownership of scheduling the teams, ensuring that the right resources are in the right place by populating our schedule management system. Ensuring activities, tasks and documentation are accurate and up to date. Setting up site tablets ready for installations and extracting site reports after installation.
- People - Support in the recruitment, induction planning and development of the team. Understanding their strengths and weaknesses to optimize the team’s efficiency on site.
- Logistics - Providing necessary support & administration to ensure deliveries, travel, overnights and plant are appropriate and catered for. Including Customs information for overseas installations.
- Reports - Collecting, recording, and summarising various site information. Monitoring various KPI’s to populate the departmental scorecards.
- Finance - Involvement in a range of financial KPI targets, which provide clarity on the departments financial position and steer decision based planning.

**Key Skills Required**
- Structured and organised approach to managing workload.
- IT skills - Familiar with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and ScheduleIT is advantageous.
- Excellent communication written and verbal.
- Able to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous to detail.

**What’s in it for you?**
- Starting Salary - £22,000 (reviewed after a successful 3 month probation period)
- 40 hour working week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5pm and Friday 8am - 2:30pm, some flexibility can be offered. The role is mainly office based but working from home from time to time can be discussed.
