Purpose of Role:
Based in our Manchester Office providing efficient administrative support across both HR and Compliance functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and helping maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and governance. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone keen to develop skills in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate employee and compliance records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
· Support onboarding, recruitment administration, and HR communications.
· Assist in updating policies, tracking audit actions, and monitoring compliance systems for updates or alerts.
· Organise meetings, training sessions, and events for both HR and Compliance teams, including preparing materials and taking minutes.
· Respond to routine HR and compliance queries, escalating as needed.
· Prepare reports, standard letters, and documentation for both functions.
· Provide general administrative support to the HR team and Director of Compliance, including diary management and correspondence.
Key Attributes:
· Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
· Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively.
· Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
