Our new Marketing Executive will:


• Be a hands-on marketer who loves owning projects from idea to delivery and beyond


• Have at least 3 years' experience of working in marketing, ideally within a legal services, compliance or professional background but this is not essential


• Be able to communicate technical regulatory content in an engaging way to a very discerning audience so that it is understood clearly


• Have incredible attention to detail


• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• Enjoy working independently, and within a team


• Be comfortable with remote first working


• Be pragmatic and practical and able to work to deadlines


• Have great IT skills and be comfortable with using a variety of programmes and technologies including Hubspot, Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn ,  Zoom webinars (or similar) and Eventbrite

About the Role

This role will sit within our Winning Work Team, which covers sales, marketing, business development and customer success, and reports to the Head of Winning Work. The Marketing Executive will support the business in the planning, development and day-to-day execution of marketing materials, campaigns and initiatives. We're headquartered in Manchester. This role will be primarily home-based and may include travel to our offices and events as and when required.

What you'll be doing:


• Carrying out market research and analysis including demographics of target audiences


• Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and email marketing to promote Teal services and events


• Creating social media content and managing our LinkedIn profile


• Setting up free and paid online events using Eventbrite


• Managing the relationship with our external creative agency as and when needed


• Managing the industry events calendar, sourcing relevant and appropriate events for our Team to attend and managing our attendance at them


• Producing, editing and managing high-quality content (blogs, webinars, newsletters)


• Managing our website, SEO and analytics


• Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and communications


• Regular monitoring and reporting of performance
