to join our growing team - someone ready to build relationships, win meaningful projects, and drive real environmental impact. Whether you're a
BDM with sales experience
or a
BDE eager to learn

About The Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) or Business Development Executive (BDE), you'll play a key role in securing high-quality infrastructure projects that support our mission for a sustainable future.

You'll connect with major organisations, open new doors, and represent Ground Control with integrity and purpose - all while receiving ongoing professional development to help you thrive.

What You'll Do
Identify and secure new business opportunities across
infrastructure and sustainability-focused sectors
.

Conduct client meetings, introduction calls, and phone conversations to understand needs and present solutions.

Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to expand our network.

Build trusted relationships with clients and partners, including
large, multi-site, Blue Chip organisations
.

Support in delivering proposals and presentations that inspire confidence and win new projects.

Collaborate across divisions — from
Environmental Services to Landscaping and Arboriculture
— to help deliver holistic, sustainable solutions.

Manage and track your sales pipeline from first conversation to close, contributing to
long-term client partnerships
.

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within
consultative or solution-based selling
.

A strong commercial mindset, curiosity to learn, and a genuine enthusiasm for sustainability.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A collaborative approach, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

Experience in
infrastructure, environmental services, or construction
is an advantage — but not essential.
