Business Account Executive | Exciting FMCG Challenger Brand

We're looking for a Business Account Executive to join our clients passionate team and help shape the future for some of the UK's most dynamic up and coming FMCG brands.

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple categories partnering with both established UK retailers and emerging challenger brands — giving you exposure to the full commercial spectrum from an account management perspective.

The Role

Working closely with the Sales Director, you will:

  • Support and grow existing UK retail partnerships, driving visibility and performance with the brand portfolio
  • Identify and onboard exciting new brand acquisitions, helping to bring the next generation of innovative FMCG products to market
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting joint business plans and promotional activity
  • Balance strategic account management with entrepreneurial business development, using market knowledge and initiative to uncover opportunities
  • Represent the business in customer meetings and trade shows across the UK

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Resilient, driven and tenacious – thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • A natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts and attention to detail
  • Confident working independently within a small, agile team
  • Excited by the idea of working with disruptive FMCG brands across multiple categories
  • Comfortable with UK travel
    to meet customers and partners (full driving licence required)
