About the Role
MENA Executive Training is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is
not an entry-level role
— we're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, ideally within the
professional training or corporate education sector
.
You'll be responsible for driving client acquisition, building relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting our portfolio of professional training and certification programmes across the MENA region. You must be confident managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing — and comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote MENA Executive Training's courses, certifications, and bespoke training solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the management team to shape business development strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally with a
training or professional education provider - Strong understanding of B2B sales and client engagement in the Gulf region
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Based in Doha or willing to relocate
