About The Role

Director of Workplace, EMEA
to lead the vision, operational excellence and long-term evolution of all our regional workplaces. This role will ensure every EMEA office is a high-performing environment where teams can innovate, collaborate and do their best work. You will oversee daily operations across all EMEA sites — including London, Leeds, Frankfurt, Paris, Oslo, Milan, Madrid and multiple serviced or leased locations — while ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace experience that reflects SharkNinja's culture and values. You'll work closely with our Boston headquarters to deploy global workplace standards across branding, customer areas, engineering labs, collaboration zones and space utilisation, and partner with EHSS to ensure every office meets our health, safety and security expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing a regional workplace team, including Office Managers and support staff.
  • Overseeing day-to-day workplace operations across all EMEA offices.
  • Owning and optimising OPEX and CAPEX budgets across multiple sites (approx. $12M).
  • Driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting and cost-effective decision-making.
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating preferred commercial terms.
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of office projects, including new builds, expansions and relocations.
  • Supporting site selection, lease negotiation activities, design development and construction oversight.
  • Ensuring all workplace projects deliver on time, within budget and aligned with SharkNinja's strategy.
  • Partnering with Managing Directors, ELT, Corporate Services, IT, EHSS, Finance and external vendors throughout project phases.
  • Supporting programmes that enhance employee wellbeing, culture and workplace experience.
  • Conducting regular space audits, occupancy analysis and scenario planning.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of space utilisation, headcount trends and future business growth.
  • Developing data-driven recommendations for reconfigurations, expansions, consolidations or hybrid-working adjustments.
  • Presenting insights, recommendations and reporting to senior stakeholders, including capacity, occupancy and turn-up rates.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading multi-site workplace, facilities or corporate real estate operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing dispersed teams.
  • Proven success delivering office fit-outs, relocations or major workplace projects.
  • Significant OPEX and CAPEX ownership and financial management capability.
  • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational execution.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and vendor-management skills.
  • A passion for creating workplace environments that enable innovation, collaboration and high performance.
