Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is a floating role, covering several of our Northumberland & Newcastle -based branches, providing essential support where needed and ensuring a seamless service for our clients across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property sales and lettings transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants
  • Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
  • Prepare and finalise sales or rental agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, offers, and client interactions
  • Support marketing activities to promote available properties
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales and lettings team across multiple branch locations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and appointments
  • Good administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel between branches within Northumberland
  • Must have own car and a full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or lettings is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Ability to work every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu
