Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market.

Duties

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts and documentation
  • Stay informed about market trends and property values to offer informed advice
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively
  • Build relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service to a diverse clientele
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client requests efficiently
  • A keen interest in the property market and a desire to succeed in sales
