Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Part-time Position (Full-time Considered for the Right Candidate)

We are an established and growing Lettings & Estate Agency seeking a motivated, professional and customer-focused Negotiator to join our small busy team. This role is ideal for someone with strong property experience who is looking for flexibility — with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries from tenants and buyers
  • Conducting viewings and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling applications, referencing and tenancy progression
  • Liaising with landlords, vendors, contractors and internal teams
  • Creating property listings and ensuring marketing accuracy
  • Supporting property management where required including inspections
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in lettings and/or estate agency is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Confident using computer systems
  • A proactive approach with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • ARLA/Propertymark qualifications are an advantage but not essential
