We are seeking a passionate and driven
Sales Consultant
to join our dynamic real estate team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of the organization by selling property units, understanding client requirements, delivering presentations, and ensuring successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Sales
- Sell residential and commercial properties from the company's portfolio.
- Conduct property tours, provide relevant information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
Client Needs Assessment
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and real estate investment opportunities.
Lead Generation
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
Market Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure clients are informed about available property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address changing needs and provide ongoing support.
Presentations & Property Tours
- Deliver presentations and arrange property viewings to help clients visualize their potential investments.
Deal Closures
- Facilitate timely real estate transactions, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
