Head of Sales Sustainability Advisory Real Estate

London, Greater London, United Kingdom Westbridge Gruppe Full time £60,000 - £120,000 per year

Westbridge Group

Real estate is responsible for almost 40% of global CO2 emissions. What sounds like one of the biggest challenges is also a huge opportunity. Because this means we have the chance to massively reduce the carbon footprint – in a sustainable and economically viable way. And that's exactly where we come in.
We are the leading sustainability expert in ESG due diligence, carbon analytics, energy audits, and ESG consulting. With this range, we can support our clients as Energy & Sustainability Advisors, providing everything from consultation to implementation.

Join our Team – Westbridge Limited

We are partners, advocates, and trusted advisors for our customers in the fields of e-mobility, energy procurement, metering, and photovoltaics. Let's take action together on the things that can drive real, sustainable change and unite what truly belongs together: sustainability and economic efficiency. With your help, we are shaping the world of tomorrow

We are currently looking for a full-time Head of Sustainability Advisory Real Estate (m/f/d) to join our team in London as soon as possible.

Your impact

As Head of Sales, you will take strategic ownership of building and expanding our ESG and sustainability advisory services in the real estate market. You'll combine deep industry expertise with a strong network, develop tailored client solutions, and lead a growing sales team with real impact.

Your responsabilities

  • Own the full business development lifecycle: from lead generation and proposal development to pitching and closing long-term advisory engagements
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities across ESG advisory, certifications, data & tech services, and net zero transition strategies
  • Leverage your existing UK and European real estate network to accelerate client access and establish our brand in the market
Strategic Collaboration & Client Solutions
  • Work hand-in-hand with our consulting teams across Europe to craft tailored, high-impact sustainability solutions for complex client needs
  • Act as the strategic interface between client requirements and our internal delivery teams

  • Build and lead a new Consulting sales- team, focusing on performance, development and team culture
  • Report on key commercial metrics: sales performance, pipeline status, client feedback, and market trends
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic positioning, thought leadership initiatives, and product/service innovation

Your profile
  • A strong and active network within the UK real estate industry (and beyond) is essential
  • 5–7+ years of experience in selling complex services – ideally within sustainability, ESG, or the real estate sector
  • Deep understanding of ESG trends, regulations, and challenges in the property industry
  • Proven experience in building markets, teams, and structures – you think entrepreneurially and act hands-on
  • Strong communication skills at C-level and the ability to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly
  • Fluent English (C2 level) – written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe

Why us?
  • A senior leadership role with strategic influence and commercial responsibility
  • A purpose-driven business with a clear vision for sustainability and innovation
  • Access to a European-wide expert team and established service offering
  • A collaborative, international and entrepreneurial culture
  • Competitive base salary and attractive performance-based bonus
