Join IntRec Homes as a Freelance Real Estate Consultant

, we're expanding and looking for
freelance real estate consultants
from
anywhere in the world
to join our growing international team.


What You'll Do:

  • Promote
    Costa del Sol
    properties to your network or clients.
  • Choose listings directly from our website or from
    any local agency
    — we collaborate with almost every agent on the coast.
  • Handle the
    initial client communication
    and
    book viewings
    (in-person or virtual).
  • We take care of everything in Spain — from
    property visits to legal closing
    .


What You'll Earn:

  • 20% commission
    from our side of each completed sale.
  • Minimum earnings:
    €2,500 per deal.
  • Plus, up to
    €500 in flight reimbursement
    if your client buys a property with IntRec Homes.


Who You Are:

  • A motivated self-starter with great communication skills.
  • Connected to potential international buyers or investors.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
