Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for a Real Estate Analyst. The Real Estate Analyst will conduct market research, perform due diligence, and evaluate investment opportunities. Responsibilities include financial modeling, real estate appraisals, preparing detailed reports, and analyzing market trends to support informed decision-making. The role also involves collaboration with external partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Expertise in conducting thorough due diligence and evaluating real estate investments
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and real estate appraisal techniques
  • Understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in real estate or financial consultancy is a plus
