We produce a range of Furniture Covers, Re Upholstery and Curtains for customers nationwide.
Job Role:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Contact Centre Clerk (6 months) to join our team in the Contact Centre. It is essential candidates are enthusiastic, committed, customer focused and have a desire to help others as the Contact Centre is the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming Telemarketing and Customer Service calls aiming to meet the needs of our customers.
- Making outgoing calls to previous customers and assisting in outbound campaigns.
- Accurate data input on to the computer system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, customers and clients.
- Proficiency in excel an advantage.
- Flexible.
