**More about your role**

Our contact centre is going through a period of growth and because of this we are** **looking to recruit for a Head of Contact Centre. In this newly created role, you will have overall responsibility for our contact centre, out customers, associated people and customer metrics.

You will lead, develop and maintain and high quality, efficient and forward-thinking operation that places our customer at the heart of everything we do. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the group to drive and develop our strategical and tactical business plans.

You will create a safe and engaging environment where people can flourish, equipping them with all the tools they need in order to develop and be able to provide a first class customer service. You will monitor, track and analyse key customer metrics, allowing us to track trends, anticipate requests and ultimately offer our customers and effortless service with swift resolutions.

You will be a strong people leader, and will be able to motive, excite, nurture, and enable success in others. You will be able to operate at all levels, with the ability to influence and embed change.

You will be transformation focussed, with the ability to adapt to ever changing customer requirements and will have a proven track record of embedding business and cultural transformation. Previous experience of leading diverse and complex customer contact function is essential for success in this role.
