This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex engineering and production challenges. You'll oversee the daily operations of our London post-production facility, develop and manage technical workflows, and ensure our media, systems, software, and hardware are optimised for high-performance content delivery. You'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our technical infrastructure, supporting internal teams, and enabling scalable solutions for live and digital content production.

Why We Need You

As we scale our output and evolve our platforms, we need a technically skilled leader who can roll up their sleeves and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. • Manage the technical delivery of live streams for online tournaments and live events

  • Lead and manage a team of Edit Assistants, Systems Managers, and Media Managers, overseeing scheduling, job bookings, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of all projects.

  • Proficient in Avid editing with the ability to perform hands-on edits when required.

  • Collaborate with external broadcast partners to implement scalable and cost-effective solutions

  • Manage media ingest, organisation, and long-term archive processes

  • Maintain and upgrade internal graphics systems, ensuring hardware and software are fit for purpose

  • Coordinate tapeless deliveries to broadcasters and platforms via Adstream

  • Support Creative, Design & Studio teams with media storage, sharing, and technical troubleshooting

  • Manage the AWS relationship, driving the development and optimisation of remote production systems.

  • Champion innovation in cloud-based workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure that supports live streaming, media storage, and remote editing across global teams.

  • Lead internal training initiatives for technical staff to ensure best practices and upskilling

About You

You're a technically-minded problem solver with a passion for content production and engineering innovation. You're collaborative, proactive, and thrive in hands-on environments. You bring a strong understanding of media systems, infrastructure, and production technologies, and are comfortable managing complex workflows and troubleshooting under pressure.

Essential

  • Proven experience managing post-production facilities and delivering live stream content

  • Outside broadcast experience, managing content record and delivery for live and recorded shoots

  • Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid, Pro Tools, AWS, Vmix, and location shooting
