  • Project managing technical initiatives, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring actions are completed
  • Liaising with technical specialists, client-facing teams, and business partners to gather information, share knowledge, and drive best practice
  • Supporting the Technical Partner in preparing for meetings, collating agendas, briefing materials, and following up on actions
  • Maintaining a log of lessons learned and best practices, sharing insights across the technical team
  • Embracing digital tools and approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks
  • Undertaking research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform technical strategy and decision-making
  • Providing ad hoc support on special projects and technical initiatives as required

What we are looking for:

  • Proactive, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude; able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise documents for a range of audiences
  • Strong organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines

  • IT proficient, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); willingness to embrace new digital tools
  • Experience in a technical, compliance, or consulting environment is desirable
