The Senior Technical Operations Manager, DV+ will play a key role in ensuring clients using our technology achieve optimal results. You will work closely with premium clients in the EMEA region. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively interface with our platform and partner technologies to achieve all the goals on behalf of each stakeholder group within the client organizations. Technical troubleshooting is a key responsibility, and delving into the setups and data requires relevant experience in working with large datasets. The role serves as an internal point of escalation, sitting at the intersection of Account Management and Product/Engineering. Success in this role requires a strong blend of analytical and troubleshooting skills, project management expertise, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

In this role you will:  

  • Provide technical support for clients using Magnite's DV+ platform

  • Support integrations for publishers, DSPs, and curators

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in clients' configurations

  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure our DV+ product maintains and develops its best-in-class standing by partnering on reviewing product requirements, gathering feedback, and conducting testing, among other activities

  • Proactively implement operational processes and/or reporting that simplify, standardize, and enable operational excellence

  • Proactively lead and work on revenue-generating projects with the goal of growing DV+'s market share

We're looking for someone with: 

  • 4+ yrs experience, ideally in the AdTech industry

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong skills in technical writing, analytics, troubleshooting, and project management to solve clients' technical problems

  • Proven expertise with Excel, with fluency in advanced functionality

  • Strong communication skills to discover clients' root issues and navigate solutions with them

  • The ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • A comprehensive understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (GAM, Prebid, OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs etc)

  • The experience working with publishers in an in-app environment

  • The ability to speak Portuguese is a plus
