Had Fab is growing fast, and we need a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who can keep up. Youll manage our digital presence, create standout content, support key commercial projects, and help us show clients exactly what we can do. About the Role

As Marketing and Communications Coordinator, youll deliver high impact marketing material that raises our profile, strengthens our brand and supports commercial growth. Youll manage digital channels, produce engaging content, create polished marketing materials, support business development activity and help deliver events and campaigns.

Youll work closely with our Sales Manager, Chief Commercial Officer and our Internal Communications Specialist to ensure everything we share looks sharp, sounds right and reflects who we are.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Digital Marketing and Content

• Keep our website updated, accurate and aligned with commercial goals

• Lead our social media presence and create content that highlights our people, projects and innovations

• Produce strong case studies across digital, print and video

• Develop written and visual content that showcases our technical capabilities

Brand Development

• Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency and quality

• Produce and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and event materials

• Support branding for exhibitions, pop up stands and client events.

Commercial Support

• Support the commercial team with proposals, pitch decks and tender documents

• Create targeted content for key sectors and growth areas

• Support campaigns that highlight our sustainability and technical expertise

Events and External Engagement

• Plan and deliver exhibitions, conferences, open days and corporate events

• Coordinate suppliers, logistics and budgets

• Support internal event branding with the People and Culture team

• Capture event content through photos, stories and online updates

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure all materials meet internal quality, safety and data requirements

• Maintain marketing asset libraries, approvals and records

• Promote positive and inclusive representation in all content

About You

Youre creative, confident and motivated by producing high quality content. You enjoy digital platforms, visual storytelling, brand building and finding fresh ways to communicate ideas. You work well with others but are also happy taking the lead when needed.

Youll bring:

• 3+ years in a previous marketing and communications role

• Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing

• Experience producing social content, case studies and marketing material

• Canva or Adobe Suite experience preferred

• A proactive, creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
