Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, United Kingdom Kleboe Jardine Ltd Full time £25,000 - £55,000 per year

Supply Chain Coordinator

Kleboe Jardine are delighted to partner with
ElectraDX
at the beginning of a truly transformational journey.

About the Opportunity

ElectraDX is an innovative diagnostics start-up developing affordable, user-friendly testing platforms designed for community and home use. Their technology delivers rapid, precise, and actionable test results that improve patient outcomes and make healthcare more accessible.

Founded by a proven leadership team with a history of successfully scaling companies such as LumiraDX and Inverness Medical (LifeScan) — both of which achieved multi-billion-pound exits — ElectraDX offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of an ambitious, purpose-driven business at an early and exciting stage.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised
Supply Chain Coordinator
to join the ElectraDX team and play a key role in establishing the GMP-compliant supply chain and purchasing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has some experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement within a manufacturing operation and wants to learn, develop, and grow in a supportive, hands-on environment.

You'll be working closely with a highly experienced start-up team and benefit from an existing structure with SOPs, business procedures, and documentation frameworks already in place — while still having the opportunity to shape and improve processes as the business scales.

Role Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain an Approved Supplier List (ASL) with regular re-qualification schedules
  • Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and responsiveness
  • Manage day-to-day purchasing activities including purchase order creation, tracking, and expediting
  • Process invoices, expenses, and maintain financial records
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points to prevent stockouts while minimising excess inventory
  • Establish and maintain full traceability from raw materials through finished devices (lot/batch tracking)
  • Maintain material specifications and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Maintain comprehensive supplier files and purchasing records per GMP requirements
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain processes

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Early in their career but motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Has some experience or exposure to supply chain, inventory control, or procurement processes, ideally in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working with documentation, quality systems, and structured procedures.
  • A strong communicator and team player, able to work collaboratively with technical, operations, and supplier teams.
  • Business Administration qualification or equivalent; degree or certification preferred plus minimum 2 years of supply chain and purchasing experience

Why Join ElectraDX?

  • Be part of a proven founding team with a track record of building globally successful health tech companies.
  • Join a high-growth start-up that's redefining access to rapid diagnostics.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to supply chain setup and GMP operations within a supportive, mentoring environment.
  • Access clear career development pathways.
  • Work within a collaborative, values-driven culture focused on innovation and real-world healthcare impact.

Interested?

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of an innovative company improving healthcare worldwide, we'd love to hear from you.
