Be the Face of The Venue

Due to continued growth and high demand, we're looking for a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Front of House team member to join us at The Venue Beauty Salon & Clinics.

This is not just a reception role — as a key member of the team, you will be the face of the brand, working across all three salon locations, which means you'll have your finger on the pulse of every part of the business. You'll connect with all teams, keep everything running smoothly, and become the eyes, ears, and heart of our salons.

The Venue is a modern, spacious, and welcoming place to work — with a friendly, supportive team and a loyal client base. We take great pride in providing a luxury experience using only the best brands in the industry, including Alma Lasers, Cynosure Lasers, Hydrafacial, Alumier, All White Lasers, The Gel Bottle, Dermalogica, Navy Pro Tools, CoolJet Plasma, and Cryotherapy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing bookings and salon diaries for up to 30 professionals
  • Serving refreshments and ensuring a five-star client experience
  • Supporting salon managers with admin tasks
  • Keeping the front-of-house area clean, calm, and organised
  • Liaising with senior therapists and team members across all locations
  • Promoting products and services (full training provided)
  • Supporting with marketing, promotions, and client communications
  • Upselling treatments and retail where appropriate

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar customer-facing or reception role (ideally in beauty, spa, retail or hospitality)
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A confident and positive personality with strong communication skills
  • A polished, professional appearance aligned with The Venue brand
  • Highly organised with great timekeeping and reliability
  • Sales experience and the ability to meet targets
  • A team player who is motivated, hard-working and takes pride in their role
  • Flexibility to work across all three salon locations
