Motorclean are looking for a confident and capable Key Account Manager to take ownership of one of our most important national accounts. This is a new role within our business, ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional operational delivery, and identifying opportunities to create meaningful value for a key customer.​

You will act as the primary point of contact for all vehicle preparation activity and coordinate service delivery across the customer's locations. Working closely with a team of site managers, you will be responsible for day to day operational performance while helping shape the direction of the account and strengthen the overall partnership.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the lead contact for a high volume national customer, focused on vehicle preparation
  • Managing and supporting a team of local site managers to ensure consistent performance and adherence to SLAs
  • Overseeing operational execution and identifying areas for improvement in service, process, or productivity
  • Working closely with internal teams to implement new initiatives that benefit both the customer and the business
  • Building a strong, trusted relationship with the customer's key stakeholders to support long term partnership growth
  • Producing regular performance updates and insight reports to demonstrate value and impact
  • Spotting and developing new ways to add value, whether operationally, commercially or through enhanced service

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing a high value client account, ideally in automotive, logistics, or service-based industries
  • Confident communicator who can hold their own in strategic conversations as well as day to day issue resolution
  • A track record of overseeing teams, driving operational performance, and delivering results
  • Commercially aware and process focused, with the ability to see the bigger picture without losing sight of the detail
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making things better, not just maintaining the status quo
