, expanding our premium mobility ecosystem across on-demand chauffeur services and ultra-luxury self-drive hire. We are now seeking an exceptional talent to spearhead
growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
across the UK and international markets.
This is a high-impact role for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale a world-class luxury mobility platform.
Role Overview
You will lead growth strategy and execution for:
- UK Chauffeur Services
(newly launched app) - Global Chauffeur Expansion
- Self-Drive Luxury Hire
business across key markets
Your mission: accelerate adoption, revenue, and brand dominance within the luxury mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Build and implement data-driven growth strategies for both chauffeur services and self-drive operations.
- Identify high-value customer segments and develop targeted acquisition funnels.
- Lead experimentation across paid channels, SEO, influencer partnerships, affiliates, referral programs, and B2B channels.
Market Expansion
- Launch new markets globally, identifying local partners, operators, and supply chains.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies for global rollouts.
Partnerships & B2B Development
- Establish relationships with hotels, corporates, travel agencies, UHNWI concierge providers, aviation services, and luxury brands.
- Drive collaborations that expand visibility and premium clientele acquisition.
Product & Customer Experience
- Work closely with product/tech teams to refine the chauffeur app experience.
- Use customer data and feedback to improve retention, bookings, and overall service quality.
Performance & Analytics
- Own growth KPIs: bookings, conversion, retention, market penetration.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights for senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who is both a strategist and an executor:
- Experience in
mobility, travel, luxury services, tech, marketplace, or startup scaling
. - Background in
growth, marketing, partnerships, strategy, or commercial leadership
. - Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth experimentation.
- Excellent relationship-building ability with luxury partners and high-end clientele.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable growing something new and scaling fast.
- Analytical, data-driven, and always testing, learning, improving.
- Passion for luxury brands, customer experience, and premium service.
