Head of Growth
— someone who turns insight into action, experiments into engines, and engines into sustainable, scalable growth.
You'll join us to build and lead a high-calibre new team, shaping the future of growth across our Pet Ecosystem — the digital home for responsible pet ownership.
Working alongside exceptional talent in Product, Data, and Creative, you'll blend sharp analytical thinking with inventive problem-solving to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What we're looking for as our Head of Growth:
- Extensive growth/marketing experience in fast-scaling D2C or consumer tech.
- Deep expertise in paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and strong proficiency with GA4, MMPs, and analytics tools.
- Proven full-funnel ownership — from acquisition through to retention and LTV growth.
- Experienced team leader who has built and scaled high-performing, cross-functional growth teams.
- Highly analytical, methodical, and experiment-driven — able to uncover real problems in the data, communicate clearly, and turn insights into rapid, scalable tests
What you'll get up to as our Head of Growth:
- Own the full growth strategy — connecting brand, GTM, and performance into one coherent, scalable engine.
- Build and lead a best-in-class growth team across paid media, CRM, SEO, CRO, partnerships, and analytics.
- Oversee paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and be ready to test into whatever channel becomes the next big opportunity.
- Design and optimise acquisition loops (e.g., referrals, affiliates) that keep compounding over time.
- Champion structured experimentation — from offers and creative to onboarding and landing pages — with a roadmap you're empowered to break (for the right reasons).
- Partner closely with Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion, boost LTV, and embed growth thinking throughout the business.
- Own attribution and analytics, ensuring data quality, clarity, and actionable insights.
- Test new channels (from partnerships to TV), knowing when to scale and when to walk away.
- Manage multi-market budgets with a razor-sharp view on ROI, impact, and efficiency.
- Build a culture of curiosity, creativity, and accountability — where problems are explored deeply and solved elegantly.
